PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
The Master of Business Administration program has four overall educational objectives:
PEO 1: Management graduates will demonstrate integrated knowledge to perform as management professionals with continuous learning attitude.
PEO 2: Graduates will have the positive perspective and skills that exhibited by productive manager and a leader.
PEO 3: The management Graduates will demonstrate excellence in motivation, mentoring and counseling abilities during execution of professional and scholarly activities.
PEO 4: Management Graduates will exhibit team spirit, analytical ability, and problem solving skills.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES:
PO1: Apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems.
PO2: Foster Analytical and critical thinking abilities for data-based decision making.
PO3: Ability to develop Value based Leadership ability.
PO4: Ability to understand, analyze and communicate global, economic, legal, and ethical aspects of business.
PO5: Ability to lead themselves and others in the achievement of organizational goals, contributing effectively to a team environment
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES:
PSO1: Managerial Knowledge: able to apply the knowledge of the various services in the field of Finance, Human Resource and Marketing.
PSO2: Analytical skills: able to analyze the gaps and interpret with suitable alternatives about business, markets and consumer attitudes and behavior.
PSO3 Realistic solutions: able to analyze and evaluate the practical perspectives through research, training and consultancy activities.
