A.Y. 2022 -2023
Composition:
Chairperson : Head of the Institution
Convener : Programme Officer
Student Coordinators : Two students from 2nd and 3rd Year
Members : One Faculty from each department
Frequency of the Meeting : The Committee members will meet before taking up any major service activity.
Functions of the Cell:
- To create awareness about Environment and conservation of natural resources.
- To conduct blood donation camps from willing NSS Volunteers and students periodically and also in emergency situations.
- To create awareness about health, personal hygiene and environmental hygiene among the students and the society.
- To conduct medical camps in the adopted villages periodically to serve the poor and needy.
- To sensitize people against forbidden practices like child marriages, child labor and to create awareness about the importance of women education.
- To adhere to Union and State Govt. policies towards social development
- To develop a sense of social and civic responsibility among the students.
