A.Y. 2022 -2023

Composition:

Chair Person:  Head of institution

Coordinator:  One senior faculty from Institution

Members     :           HOD’s of all Departments, One student from each department                     

Frequency of meeting: Once in a semester and as and when any grievance is received

Functions of the Cell:
  1. To provide proper platform to stakeholders to express their grievances freely without fear and to receive complaints from students, staff, parents and other stakeholders.
  2. To analyze the grievances and conduct formal investigation and enquiry as the case may be on the received grievances
  3. The Grievance Cell will assure that the grievances are properly solved within 2 week’s time from the receipt of grievance.
  4. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievance may be dropped in writing at the suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at Administrative Block. Grievances may also be sent through online by filling out the form available in college website.
  5. Any complaint received other than the General Grievance will be forwarded to the concerned cell coordinator.
