  • Chairman : Head of the Institution
  • Coordinator : One Senior female faculty member in the Institution.
  • Members :

                           A) One female faculty from each Dept.

                           B) Two female students from each Department.

                           C) One Lady Doctor

                           D) One Legal Adviser

Functions of the Cell:

  • Organizing various functions and conducting various competitions related to women
  • Organizing workshops and awareness programs.
  • Holding regular meetings.
  • Solving women related issues and complaints.
  • Creating awareness against harassment
  • Conducting International Women’s Day by conducting various competitions to girl students and to the lady staff members.

  • Internal Complaints Cell (Women Grievances) is formed with senior lady faculty members from each
  • Girl students are provided with separate waiting
  • Security is provided for the students both on the campus and in the hostel to ensure their
  • Warden accompanies the security personnel to help the hostel students in case of
    • Grievance cell is formed with a senior faculty member from each department, who are responsible to solve the issues of students if
    • Separate room for the Cell

Resolved to instruct all the scavengers to maintain hygienic conditions in ladies toilets

Based on the instructions given by the Cell the scavengers maintained hygienic condition in all the toilets throughout the academic year

Resolved to instruct all the girl students about the proper utilization of the Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine and the Destroyer which are kept in Ladies waiting hall.

 

All the girl students have utilized the Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine to take napkins and The Destroyer to burn the used napkins

Resolved to inform the entire faculty members to counsel the boy students not to tease the girl students in the campus or in the buses.

 

Based on the instructions given by the principal all the boy students have been informed not to involve in any type of teasing.

Informed the faculty members of the cell to identify some girl students from various departments to appoint them as student coordinators.

      • Organizing workshops and awareness programs.
      • Holding regular meetings.
      • Solving women related issues and complaints.
      • Creating awareness against harassment
      • Conducting women’s day by conducting various competitions to girl students and to the lady staff members.
      • Identifying a lady resource person as a chief guest and inviting her to the women’s day celebrations.
