PROGRAM ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY IMPROVMENT COMMITTEE (PAQIC)

Objective

The enhance the quality of the program and to ensure continuous improvement in terms of curriculum, Teaching Learning Process (TLP), Student Performance, Faculty contributions, Infrastructural facilities, Student Support System and Industry Interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To Develop, Implement and Monitor quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities within the department.
2. To create a learner centric environment.
3. To collect feedbacks from students, take necessary actions and measuring the effectiveness.
4. To compute and continuously monitor attainment of PO and PSOs.
5. Evaluating program effectiveness and propose necessary steps for continues improvement.
6. Ensuring the optimization and adoption of modern and effective methods of Teaching and Learning
7. Validating the evaluation Processes.
8. To motivate students to attend workshops, developing projects, working models and paper publications.
9. To interact with the students, faculty members, Program coordinator to understand the effectiveness of the program in order to achieve the PEOs

1. Preparing periodic program activity reports, progress reports and status reports.

11. To encourage professional body activities among the students.
12. To set targets for PO attainment.

1. Interact with DAC to facilitate the achievement of POs, PSOs, and PEOs, maintain track record and current status.
